Bridget Ray Signature Style
Full Service Interior Design is our most luxurious offering. The consultation is a very important first step. This is a 2 hour working meeting at your home where we get to know you, understand your lifestyle, your needs, your style, your vision and your goals. We will tour your home and offer ideas, solutions and a great direction for your project. The steps of our design process, your budget, and timeframe will be discussed as well. The fee for the consultation is $500, and is paid in advance. We would love to hear about your project and to see how we can help you bring your vision to life. Contact us to learn more about our services and our company.
After the consultation, we prepare a detailed Design Proposal and Agreement for your review. This document details the scope of work for the entire project, our design intent and goals, the estimated design fee, the payment terms, the estimated timeline, and the terms and conditions. A successful design project requires a lot of careful planning and upfront considerations. We want to ensure each project runs smoothly and all expectations are clearly defined in this phase.
After both parties have agreed on the project, the next step is a thorough site assessment which is imperative to a successful outcome. We carefully assess and document the conditions of the existing space, take accurate measurements and photographs for reference.
This is the juicy part of the process. A full service interior design project takes time and focus, and we carefully examine the goals and options to best create a cohesive and unique design for you. The design concept is starting to take shape and develop as we select furnishing and develop design details.
This is the day you’ve anxiously awaited! We meet with you to present the details of your custom design plan. This includes all drawings, color scheme, digital presentation boards, fabric samples, furniture selections and budget breakdown. We believe that this is the opportunity to show you the full potential of your space, and the best option that we believe will address your needs and desires. At approval of all furnishings, we progress onto the procurement phase and collect payment for all approved furnishings.
The procurement phase can seem uneventful, however we are busy in the background bringing all the pieces together on your behalf. This is by design and a major part of the value that we bring to your project. We oversee the fabrication and production of your custom items and the delivery and installation to your home. Full service interior design typically involves a high level of customization, therefore requiring longer lead times for fabrication and a greater attention to detail.
Installation and the reveal is the big day you’ve patiently awaited. All items are installed and styled for a beautiful and inspiring finish. Next, we will walk through the finished space and point out all the features and benefits of each item, discuss how to care for each piece and any warranties available. The walk-through may happen on the same day of the reveal or on a separate day. The final walk through is where you get the chance to point out any deficiencies observed. We will take notes and follow up with any deficiencies that are discovered and see to it that all are addressed in a timely manner.
We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied. The project closure meeting is a great opportunity for us to get your feedback on your beautiful new space as well as how the design process was for you. We are always striving to improve, and your feedback means the world to us. We also love repeat business, referrals and reviews. If you enjoyed working with us, we ask that you share your experience by leaving us a review, or sharing our contact information with your friends and family. And if you are ready to move forward with the next project, we are happy to get started. We will also discuss a convenient day for us to schedule a professional photographer to shoot pictures of the project. If we intend to have these pictures published in a local or national publication, we will discuss that with you as well.
